I will try to find some time to post some upcoming developments in KL… heaps of them entering the property market in the next 24 months, including CBD super-residences such as Setia Sky, Verticas, Sari Pasifica (mini-KLCC), Sunway VeloCity, etc. Mon’t Kiara will see more than 10 new projects while Petaling Jaya will have some exciting ones such as PJ Sentral City and twin 41-storey condos at Bandar Utama. I’ve also seen the plans of Danga Bay’s new city (Johor Bahru) in detail, including a new telecom tower which could be Asia’s tallest.
Lastly, let’s hope that the political drama will come to an end soon, if not, our economy specifically the construction and property industry, will be quite gloomy when these projects are put on hold.
